By using karinderyanimark.com (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms. The Site is a fan-built, non-commercial convenience portal that embeds the playable HTML5 build of Karinderya ni Mark (the "Game"). The Game is the work of its original creator, Mark The Panda.
1. Not the official site
This Site is not the official Karinderya ni Mark website. It is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. The official source for the Game, including downloads, devlogs, and creator support, is the Karinderya ni Mark itch.io page. If you want to support the developer, please visit itch.io and consider a paid download.
2. No redistribution
The Site does not host, modify, redistribute, or sell the Game or any of its assets. The playable build is loaded inside an embedded frame from the developer's mirror. The Site does not claim ownership of the Game, its art, its characters, its name, its music, or any other element of the original work. All such rights belong to the original creator.
3. Asset license
The original Karinderya ni Mark assets (art, music, story) are released by the developer under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives v4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This Site is non-commercial and does not create derivatives of the original work; descriptive text on the Site is original commentary written for SEO and accessibility purposes, not a derivative of the Game itself.
4. Use at your own risk
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Site does not guarantee that the embedded Game will load, that the Game is bug-free, or that the experience will match the official release. The Game is provided by the developer through their own mirror; the Site is not responsible for the Game's behavior, performance, or content.
5. No account, no purchase
The Site is free to use. There is no paid product, no subscription, no signup, and no account. Anything that looks like a download button on the Site links out to the developer's itch.io page or a developer-controlled mirror - not to the Site itself.
